Advice and support in the housing search process

- Assessment of the elderly person's needs
A social worker will evaluate the person's physical, cognitive and social state in order to clearly establish his/her present and future needs.

Upon request, a social worker who is a member of the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux du Québec (O.P.T.S.Q.) is available to meet the elderly individually and/or with family members to offer support.
